In order to achieve this high standard of precision, we employ specialized yet versatile European machinery. For example our laser cutter, CNC punching and bending machines, various other robotic welding and spraying equipment.
Laser cut parts combined with our robotic welding systems are used to maintain the highest degree of precision possible and to increase efficiency and output while not compromising quality.
The powder coating & painting lines
The function of the painting process used in fabrication of our sheet metal products is not purely an aesthetic one – its primary function being to shield materials from rust or other corrosive reactions. Extra care is therefore throughout the meticulous nine-step coating process. We are capable of wet as well as a more durable powder coating. All of our finished are oven cured on-site.
