The function of the painting process used in fabrication of our sheet metal products is not purely an aesthetic one - its primary function being to shield materials from rust or other corrosive reactions.
Extra care is therefore taken throughout the meticulous nine - step free
treatment process which precedes the application of the paint. |

Once thoroughly clean, the metal sheets are passed through hot tunnels for drying. They are now ready for the next stage - the application of the paint. This is done by means of a spray controlled by a robotics system to ensure evenness and quality. The plates are then, once again, passed through hot tunnels for drying.
